Wednesday’s conditioning session will get your charged up to start out your day or even wind you down after a long day in the office.
The rep scheme will be 20, 16, 12, 8, 4
These particular AMRAP’s will be done in superset/couplet fashion.
SO…
Alternating back and forth between 2 exercises for ten minutes trying to get as many rounds as you can without compromising technique on any exercise.
As usual, use great form!
Here’s the sequence of events…
3 Ten Minute AMRAPS
Couplet 1 (10 minute AMRAP)
- Row (calories) or run (your coach will give you distances)
- Squat thrust (reps)
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 2 (10 minute AMRAP)
- Bike (calories)
- High Pull (reps)
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 3 (10 minute AMRAP)
- Ski (calories)
- Box step ups (10/10,8/8, 6/6, 4/4, 2/2 reps) Just in case you were wondering,
Take a 2 minute rest between each couplet.
