30 Minute Challenge

Hey Training Room family!

Tuesday is challenge day, and we DO have a 30 minute challenge for you.

Here’s your thirty minute challenge for Tuesday!

Speaking of challenges, we will be celebrating the end of the 8 week reset challenge with a prize auction on March 14 at 7 PM at the Manasquan facility!

Get as many rounds as you can with good form!

You also have the option of lower reps and more rounds!

  • 250 meters
  • 20 step ups of lunges
  • 15 yard crawl or 15/15 mountain climbers
  • 10 kettlebell high pulls, snatches or deadlifts
  • 5 burpees
