Tuesday is challenge day, and we DO have a 30 minute challenge for you.
Here’s your thirty minute challenge for Tuesday!
Speaking of challenges, we will be celebrating the end of the 8 week reset challenge with a prize auction on March 14 at 7 PM at the Manasquan facility!

Get as many rounds as you can with good form!
- 500 meter cardio
- 40 step ups or lunge walk (total)
- 30 yard crawl or mountain climb
- 20 kettlebell high pulls or snatches, or kettlebell deadlift
- 10 burpees
You also have the option of lower reps and more rounds!
- 250 meters
- 20 step ups of lunges
- 15 yard crawl or 15/15 mountain climbers
- 10 kettlebell high pulls, snatches or deadlifts
- 5 burpees
