Today we’ll give you some nice conditioning.

I won’t go into any elaborate explanations on this.

Warm up with a 3 round circuit of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following movements.

  • squats
  • push ups/second round half burpee/third round squat thrust
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • row/ski/bike/shuttle run or versa climb
30 minute Conditioning Circuit

1 minute work/ 1min rest x 30min

  • rower
  • bike
  • ski/versa climb/or squat thrust
  • shuttle run or fast step-ups
  • Jumping jacks or Jump rope
