Today we’ll give you some nice conditioning.
I won’t go into any elaborate explanations on this.
Warm up with a 3 round circuit of 20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following movements.
- squats
- push ups/second round half burpee/third round squat thrust
- jumping jacks or jump rope
- row/ski/bike/shuttle run or versa climb
30 minute Conditioning Circuit
1 minute work/ 1min rest x 30min
- rower
- bike
- ski/versa climb/or squat thrust
- shuttle run or fast step-ups
- Jumping jacks or Jump rope
