We hope you all can make it to the Holiday party on Saturday…
It will start around 6pm.
Today we’ll combine alternate kettlebell and body weight movements into a circuit of 60/30 (seconds work/rest)
We will complete 4 rounds of this circuit straight through.
- Alternate arm ring rows
- push-up plank( alternate arms from push up position to elbows)
- Alternate arm kettlebell cleans
- walking lunges (overhead or racked)
- L-sit or ab choice
