Batten down the hatches!

We’ve got a great kettlebell strength session for you today.

We’ll warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up:

  • kettlebell swings 10
  • push ups 10, second round 8
  • high pulls 10, cleans 4/4
  • press 5, press 4/4
  • squat 5, squat 4
  • thruster 5
  • one arm row 5/5, 4/4
  • jumping jacks 15
  • bicycles 15

Go through these movements for 30 minutes and get as many rounds as you can.

Move up in weight as needed.

  • 5/5 swings
  • 10 push ups (any style)
  • 5/5 cleans
  • 5/5 press
  • 5/5 squat or 10 goblet sq
  • 10 ring rows or pull-ups
  • 5 walkouts or 1/1 TGU
