We sent an email out yesterday about our Memorial Day workout being at 8am in both gyms.

Today is a very simple single kettlebell strength workout done with one kettlebell and a few body weight movements.

First warm up with 5 minutes of joint mobility…

Here’s a cool way to do it.

You will do a two round kettlebell warm up.

Your workout will be 30 minutes of the following movements.

Take your time when preforming this.

Circuit through…

Use great form on each rep and do not go to muscular failure!!

  • one handed kettlebell swings 5/5
  • push ups x10 (any variation)
  • cleans 5/5
  • press 5/5
  • squat 5l/5r or 10 goblets
  • 5-10 pull-ups or ring rows
  • 5 walkout, 20 yard power wheel walk, or 5-10 rollouts
Report back with kettlebell weight and rounds.
