  • Kettlebell snatch R/L
  • Sit ups
  • Split squats R/L
  • Renegade row or one arm R/l
  • Kettlebell clean and press R/L

Do 30 seconds of work on each side

Sit ups and renegade rows will be done for one minute straight.

This will be 5 rounds total.
