Body Weight Strength Circuit for Thursday.

Circuit through the following movements for 30 minutes at your own pace…

  • 8-10 pull-ups (any variaiton)
  • 5/5 pistols, air lunges, step ups or downs
  • 10 push-ups (any variation)
  • Superman’s, bird dogs, suspended leg curls and variations of each that will be demoed.
  • abs 5-10 depending on the difficulty
  • cardio 10 cals
