We will be starting a Paddle Fitness program in June and plan on having a trial class on Saturday June 1 at 10 am.

We will hold this class at the  Point Pleasant Beach location.

Here’s our playground

Bring your board and Paddle.

We will have a few extras if you don’t have one.

We will also be starting up our kids program in late June.

This will be offered in both Avon and Point Pleasant Beach locations.

We will post the details soon.

Today we’ve got a body weight ladder conditioning session line up for you.

Three different couplets:

Alternate between the movements and go up the prescribed ladder.

Take a 1-2 minute rest between rounds and keep track of your rounds.

Couplet 1: 10 minutes (get as many rounds as possible)

  • 2-10 push-up or 1-5 body weight overhead press (down dog press, box press, hand stand) / 1-5 pistols L/R
Couplet 2: 10 minutes (get as many rounds as possible)
  • 1-5 or 2-10 pull-ups / 1-5 or 2-10 Power Wheel roll outs or 1-5 walkouts
Couplet 3: 10 minutes (get as many rounds as possible)
  • 1-10 surfer jumps or drop squats or deck squats / 10-1 knee tucks or 1/2 burpees
