We will be going with ALL body weight today.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

We will start messing with some new warm ups like this one…

After you are nice and toasty warm, you will proceed to the following…

Body Weight Circuit for 30 minutes

Get as many rounds as you can in 30 minutes of the following

  • 10 push-ups( any variation)
  • 10 squats or pistols 5/5 (any variation)
  • 10 knees to chest or wheel (any variation)
  • 10 ring rows, rope climbs, or peg board( up and down =10 reps)
  • 10 swing set, Jungle Gym XT, or Power Wheel  leg curls
