30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest for 5 rounds of:
- Pull ups, assisted pull ups or ring rows
- Double kettlebell front squats
- Free style abs
- Down dog press, box press, hand stand hold or press
- Double kettlebell cleans
- Walkouts or Power wheel roll outs
