30 Minutes of Strength

Thursday’s workout is simple yet efficient. We also have our video workouts, posted below each workout.  We plan on creating NEW videos for those who have been watching.

Remember to register for group classes through our online calendar or the ZenPlanner Member App.  We are adding classes to the schedule so keep a look out for a class time/day that works best for you.

30 Minutes of Strength

Go through this circuit as many times as you can in 10 Minutes.  Take your time… it’s not a race!

You can also choose to go up in weight each round or just stick with the tried and true.

Give yourself a little challenge.  Strength Challenge? Skill Challenge?  Range of Motion Challenge?  Everyone has room for improvement, no matter how long you have been at the game!

  • 10 swings or supermans 
  • 10 push-ups 
  • 10 cleans or Deadlifts 
  • 10 press overhead
  • 10 squat 
  • 10 ring rows or 5 pullups or 5/5 rows 
  • 10 slow ab choice or 5 walkouts
  • 10 cals, 100JR, or 50JJ’s

TRAINING ROOM at HOME Option:

6 Minute Strength Set

You will rest 1 minute between Sets and complete 4 total rounds

  1. Cardio Choice (run, JR, JJ, high knees, skaters, quick feet, kick but, rope flow) – 1 Minute
  2. Alternate Back Lunge – 1 Minute
  3. Push-up Plank – 1 Minute
  4. Marching hip bridge, hamstring curls, single leg static hip bridge – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  5. Alternate Ring Rows or 1 arm rows – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
  6. Get Ups, windmills, side plank – 1 Minute (30s/30s)
