It suppose to be "30 Minutes of Thunder"
Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes do:
- LCCJ 5r/5l
- Snatches 5r/5l
- Squats 5r/5l
Switch drills every 10 minutes but keep the clock running.
This was very challenging with the 32kg.
I couldn’t wait to do the snatches.
The squats were the most brutal part of this workout!
