FRIDAY is 30 Minutes of Movement!
After your Warm-Up you will complete the following as a STRENGTH circuit.
You will go for 30 Minutes – with the option of increasing weight each round.
Keep it simple and choose Kettlebell or Bodyweight exercises!
10 Swings or Bird Dog
10 Push Ups
10 Cleans or Hip Bridge (alternating legs)
10 Presses or Push Up Plank
10 Squats or Split Squats
10 Kettlebell Rows or Ring Rows
