30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest (Gym Boss) non-stop for 30 minutes.

Go light on round 1 and gradually increase the weight with each round.  We will do a total of 6 rounds.

  • Double kettlebell clean
  • Kettlebell press
  • Kettlebell front squat
  • Renegade row
  • Knee up, sit up, or sit and reach.
