30 seconds of work/30 seconds of rest (Gym Boss) non-stop for 30 minutes.
Go light on round 1 and gradually increase the weight with each round. We will do a total of 6 rounds.
- Double kettlebell clean
- Kettlebell press
- Kettlebell front squat
- Renegade row
- Knee up, sit up, or sit and reach.
