Another great start to what looks to be another great week!

I hope you had an awesome weekend.

Team Training Room ran the Jersey Shore Relay this weekend, a race from Seaside to Asbury Park.

Team Members included The Milkman, Boxing Mike and TJ.  Nice work boys!

Out of 400 teams, they took 20th place.

We’ll be busting out a nice conditioning workout today, but before we do that, we’ll do our joint mobility and circuit warm up.

The workout will be 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest at each station for 30 minutes.

You will go all out at each station:

  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • battling ropes or mountain climbers
  • Court yard suicides (set 4 cones 5 yards apart)
  • sledge hits or slam ball
  • wall ball or thrusters
