ALSO, come on our for the Intercoastal Tug-a-war this weekend (Saturday) and support Team Training Room as we go head to head with MacGregor’s Gym of Point Pleasant Beach.

Here’s what we’ve got for you on Monday!

20 seconds work / 10 seconds of rest or hold x 5 round

Go through each movement on one side, then the other side and this is one round.

  • Clean right
  • Press right
  • Squat or split squat right
  • One arm row right
  • Walkout or plank option

Repeat the same on the other side and this is one round,

Rest for a minute between rounds.

Do 5 total rounds

Rest 1 minute

Finisher 20/10 x 8 rrounds of your cardio choice
