  • Jump pull
  • Mountain climber
  • Bike
Triplet 2 (40/20 x 4)
  • Ski erg
  • Step up
  • Medicine ball twist, Bulgarian Bag/Mace swing or kettlebell around the world.
Triplet 3 (40/20 x 4)
  • Dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball or sand bag squat press
  • Abs
  • Row
