- Jump pull
- Mountain climber
- Bike
Triplet 2 (40/20 x 4)
- Ski erg
- Step up
- Medicine ball twist, Bulgarian Bag/Mace swing or kettlebell around the world.
Triplet 3 (40/20 x 4)
- Dumbbell, kettlebell, medicine ball or sand bag squat press
- Abs
- Row
