Let’s get right down to business.

We’ve got a body weight conditioning circuit today…

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up.

Here is your circuit:

5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest with 1 minute rest between each round.

  • Kettlebell swings or broad jump
  • Squat thrust
  • Pull ups ( any variation)
  • Bear crawl or mountain climber
  • Air squats, drop squats or surfer
