Today we’ll be sticking to the couplet format.
Warm up with a two circuit similar to the one below…
You will be perform in two different couplets.
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest x 3 rounds of each one.
Couplet 1: (40/20 x 3 rounds) x 2
- Rower
- Squat thrusts or battling ropes
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 2: (40/20 x 3 rounds) x 2
- Bike or ski erg
- kettlebell high pulls
