Looks to be a great looking day here at the Jersey Shore.
We’ve got some conditioning to do today.
We’ll be inside and out with a bunch of options to choose from.
Get in a good warm up.
We’ll go 5 minutes of mobility and two rounds of circuit warm up.
Today’s workout will be a 40/20 conditioning circuit.
We’ll rest for one minute between rounds.
We’ll do 5 rounds of the following circuit.
- Kettlebell high pulls
- battling ropes or sledge hammer hits
- shuttle run or agility ladder
- box jumps, squat jumps or drop squats
- Russian twist or sitouts
