Cranking out the Classic Conditioning

Blow it out today!

We’ll start out with some joint mobility and then do a two round circuit warm up.

Today’s Circuit will be 5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

Take one minute rest between rounds

  • Battling ropes or slam ball
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • suicide run, sprint in place,jump rope
  • squat thrust
  • wall ball or med ball thrusters
