This conditioning circuit will challenge you both physically and mentally.

Start out with a joint mobility warm up, then two rounds of circuit warm up to get the heart and lungs ready for the court yard crazyness.

Will will do 5 rounds of 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest of 5 stations.

Take one minute rest between rounds.

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Kettlebell/med ball thrusters or wall ball
  • Jumping or kipping pull ups
  • Battling ropes or mountain climbers
  • Suicide run (5 cones about 5 yards apart)
