Hey Training Room kids!

We’ll be taking it up a few notches today with this double conditioning circuit.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…

  • ring rows
  • squats second round drop squats
  • push ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • bicycles
  • med ball thrusters
You will perform two separate circuits of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 3 rounds non-stop. Rest 2-3 minutes between circuit A and circuit B.

Circuit A:

  • Kettlebell high pulls
  • Battling ropes
  • Agility drills
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
Circuit B
  • Slam ball or sledge hits
  • Drop squats or box jumps
  • Mountain climbers or sit throughs
  • Shuttle runs (sub any other conditioning movement if you can’t run)
