Hey Training Room kids!
We’ll be taking it up a few notches today with this double conditioning circuit.
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…
- ring rows
- squats second round drop squats
- push ups
- kettlebell swings
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- bicycles
- med ball thrusters
You will perform two separate circuits of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 3 rounds non-stop. Rest 2-3 minutes between circuit A and circuit B.
Circuit A:
- Kettlebell high pulls
- Battling ropes
- Agility drills
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
Circuit B
- Slam ball or sledge hits
- Drop squats or box jumps
- Mountain climbers or sit throughs
- Shuttle runs (sub any other conditioning movement if you can’t run)
