We will warm up with a two round circuit warm up…
Here is your conditioning circuit.
Perform a minute of work at each station before moving on to the next.
Do this non stop for all 5 stations….
Then rest for 1:30
Do 5 rounds total of the following
- Shuttle run, step-ups or building run
- Bike, ski, or versa
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- Squat thrusts
