It’s been a great week of training…

Today is conditioning day and we’ve got a good one for you.

We are glad to see all the names up on the board for the Surf and Turf 10k.

Make sure you sign up for it before the price goes up, unless you don’t mind.

That will be more money that can go towards the Nicholas Leather Heart 2 Heart Foundation.

We will warm up with a two round circuit warm up…

Here is your conditioning circuit.

Perform a minute of work at each station before moving on to the next.

Do this non stop for all 5 stations….

Then rest for 1:30

Do 5 rounds total of the following

  • Shuttle run, step-ups or building run
  • rower
  • Bike, ski, or versa
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • Squat thrusts
