5 Minute Strength Flow

We’ve got a 5 minute strength flow for you on Thursday at The Training Room.

This simply means we will be flowing from one movement to the next non-stop for 5 minutes straight (1 minute at each of the 5 movements).

It’s a beatiful blend of strength and conditioning that can be performed as heavy or light as you want with either 1 or 2 kettlebells/dumbbells or even body weight movements.

Here’s your 5 minute flow x 4-5 rounds

Do each movement for one minute!

  1. H2H swings or bird dog
  2. 1 arm overhead press, see saw press, or Hindu push-ups
  3. Alternate leg reverse lunges
  4. 1 arm rows, or alternate bent over row
  5. Ab choice

Finisher 30/30/30/30/30 x 2

  • Drop squats
  • Mountain climbers
  • Jumping jacks
  • Squat thrusts
  • Skaters
