5 Minutes of non-stop Kettlebell Fun

Wednesday is Strength day…
We’ve got a classic Kettlebell circuit for you.
This can be done with 1 or 2 kettlebells.
Here’s what it looks like:
5 minutes of non-stop kettlebell fun…
Complete 5 rounds with 1 minute rest between each round.
- Cleans 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- Press 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- Split Squat 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- 1 arm row 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
- Plank (any variation for 1 minute)
