5 Minutes of non-stop Kettlebell Fun

Hey Training Room family!

Wednesday is Strength day…

We’ve got a classic Kettlebell circuit for you.

This can be done with 1 or 2 kettlebells.

Here’s what it looks like:

5 minutes of non-stop kettlebell fun…

Complete 5 rounds with 1 minute rest between each round.

  • Cleans 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
  • Press 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
  • Split Squat 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
  • 1 arm row 30 seconds left/30 seconds right
  • Plank (any variation for 1 minute)
