5 rounds at each station. 

Complete 5 rounds of 20 work/20 rest/20 work(use the Gym Boss) at each station before moving on to the next.

  1. Box lunge L/R holding a kettlebell or Tactical lunge(rest 20 seconds between each side)
  2. Pull ups or ring rows / Push ups or ring dips
  3. Kettlebell Snatch L/R (rest 20 seconds betwen sides)
  4. L-sit (use some big kettlebells)/ med ball sit and reach (20 seconds between each couplet)
  5. Kettlebell clean and press L/R

Finish 5 rounds at each station before moving on!
