Partner or Solo 500 Meter Intervals 

Tuesday is a conditioning day with some super fun partner or solo 500 meter intervals.

This one can be done with a partner or ALL by yourself!

If you are doing this one solo, you will set up the monitor for intervals/distance with a 2 minute rest between each interval.

Do 6 total 500’s

If you are pared up with someone, one person will row while the other recovers.

Here’s how you can set up the monitor for distance and rest time (your distance will be 500 meters)

Have some fun, and push yourself!

If you are using the bike, you will do 1000 meter intervals.

The Versa Climber will be 300 feet.
