I’m sure a few of you TR folks will be recovering from yesterdays Giants Superbowl victory.
If you happen to make it into the gym today we’ll have a nice kettlebell strength session lined up for you.
This is also a great one for home or where ever you like to train.
Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
Perform 5 sets of 5 of the following movements.
Circuit through this or alternate with a partner and finish all 5 sets of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Goblet squat or double kettlebell front squat
- Single kettlebell clean and press L/R
- Pull-ups, assisted or weighted pull ups
- Get ups 5L/5R (total) or 5×5 walkouts or rollouts
Finisher:15work 15 rest x 5 rounds swings / cardio choice (jump rope,rower,bike,ski erg)
