We’ll give you the choice of kettlebells or the bar today.
First warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
Joint Mobility
Kettlebell warm up
Perform 5 sets of 5 of the following movements.
- Double or single kettlebell floor press or bench press
- Heavy one arm rows 5x(5/5)
- double kettlebell front squat or barbell front squat
- single or double kettlebell swing (5×10), double kettlebell snatch (5×5) or Deadlift (5×5)
- Get ups (5x1r/1l), windmill, walkouts or abdominal choice
Keep the get ups and windmills in the 1-5 rep range.
