Hey Training Room Family…

Today is heavy strength day.

We will give you the choice of working with kettlebells, dumbells or the barbell.

You can also mix it up if you want.

The group will warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

Keeping it simple with a 5×5

  • KB,BB,or DB thrusters
  • Pull-ups or heavy 1 arm rows
  • Heavy swings x10 or double KB swings or double kettlebell snatch x 5
  • AB choice (rollouts,walkouts,hanging knee raises, get ups (5×1-3 reps), or windmills (5×1-3 reps))

Finisher: 1000 meter time trial (row or ski)

Record your time for the 1000 meters.
