Just a reminder that we are running our free intro classes tonight in Point Beach and next Wednesday 6/12 in Avon.

We will offer a 2 week trial membership to anyone who comes to the intro.
Also, youth fitness starts 7/8
Today is conditioning day…
You can do this one solo, or with a partner.
This should be fun!
The object is to go as far as you can in 10 minutes.
If you are with a partner, you will alternate intervals for 10 minutes.
If you are solo, you will do 10 minutes straight on each.
Pick three from below and get as far as can on each in 10 minutes of time.
- Row (total meters in 10 minutes)
- Ski erg (total meters in 10 minutes)
- Watt bike (total meters) or air dyne (total miles)
- Run (meters)
Take a 2 minute rest between each.
