8 Minute Challenges
Wednesday is a challenge day and we have four 8 minute challenges lined up!
This will be a good one!
The Challenges will be set us as couplets (2 exercises in each station)
The goal is to get as many rounds as possible in each couplet in the 8 minute time frame.
FYI, this one may also be done with intervals of 40/20 for 8 rounds (also 8 minutes)
Here’s what it will look like…
Couplet 1
- Row 10 calories
- 20 slam ball (standing or kneeling)
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 2
- 10 calories bike
- 20 knees to chest
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 3
- 10 calories ski
- 20 box step ups
Rest 2 minutes
Couplet 4
- 100 yard run, 100 jump rope revolutions or 50 jumping jacks
- 20 high pulls, cleans, or snatches
We will take a 2 minute rest between couplets.
