Just a quick note…

We know everyone’s schedule is a little crazy on the weekends…


We will be starting The Training Room Olympics a little bit earlier on Sunday.

Registration will be at 8, and we will kick the event off at 8:30.

Let us know if you still want to participate and we will find you a team.

Today is conditioning day.

We will be doing three different couplets.

Each couplet will be 8 minutes in length.

Perform 15 seconds work/15 seconds rest x 16 sets (8 rounds)

Rest 2 minutes between each couplet.

Couplet 1

  • swing or snatch
  • squat thrust

Couplet 2

  • Rower
  • wall ball or med thruster

Couplet 3

  • Battling ropes
  • lateral hops or skaters
