8 Minute Fitness Challenges

Wednesday is a challenge day and we have four 8 minute fitness challenges lined up!

This will be a good one!

The Challenges will be set us as couplets (2 exercises in each station)

The goal is to get as many rounds as possible in each couplet in the 8 minute time frame.

Here’s what it will look like…

Couplet 1
  • Row 10 calories
  • 20 slam ball (standing or kneeling)

Rest 2 minutes

Couplet 2
  • 10 calories bike
  • 20 knees to chest

Rest 2 minutes

Couplet 3
  • 10 calories ski
  • 20 box step ups

Rest 2 minutes

Couplet 4
  • 100 yard run, 100 jump rope revolutions or 50 jumping jacks
  • 20 high pulls, cleans, or snatches

We will take a 2 minute rest between couplets.

These can also be done as 40/20 x 8 round intervals.
