8 Minute Strength Supersets
Happy Saturday!
We’ve got a nice strength supersets session for you with a little bit of cardio mixed in at the end.
Alternate between each strength superset for 8 minutes.
Superset 1 (alternate for 8 minutes)
- Squat choice:10 reps
- Pull choice: 10 reps
Superset 2 (alternate for 8 minutes)
- Run 100 meters, jump rope 100 revolutions or 50 jumping jacks
- Ab choice: 10 Walkouts, 20 yard crawl or 10/10 shoulder taps
Superset 3 (alternate for 8 minutes)
- Hinge choice 10
- Press choice 10
Superset 2 (alternate for 8 minutes)
- Bike 10 calories
- Ski 10 calories or 10 burpees
