8 Minute Strength Supersets

Happy Saturday!

We’ve got a nice strength supersets session for you with a little bit of cardio mixed in at the end.

Alternate between each strength superset for 8 minutes.

Superset 1 (alternate for 8 minutes)

  • Squat choice:10 reps
  • Pull choice: 10 reps

Superset 2 (alternate for 8 minutes)

  • Run 100 meters, jump rope 100 revolutions or 50 jumping jacks
  • Ab choice: 10 Walkouts, 20 yard crawl or 10/10 shoulder taps

Superset 3 (alternate for 8 minutes)

  • Hinge choice 10
  • Press choice 10

Superset 2 (alternate for 8 minutes)

  • Bike 10 calories
  • Ski 10 calories or 10 burpees
