8 Minute Strength Supersets

If you know what’s good,  you will kick your Tuesday off with some 8 minute strength supersets.

It’s obviously a strength focus, and we hope to see your smiling face at The Training Room.

Here’s the breakdown…

8 minute supersets x 10 reps of each movement.

Rest for 2 minutes between each 8 minute set.

Superset 1 (8 minutes)

  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Swings or 10 deadlift choice

Superset 2 (8 minutes)

  • Row choice or pull-up 5-10 reps
  • Split squats 10/10 reps

Superset 3 (8 minutes)

  • Superman, bird dogs, Bulgarian bag
  • Ab choice

 Finisher:  (8 minutes)

  • 10:Kb or Db curl
  • 10 Kb or Db tricep extension
  • 10 calories or 50 jumping jacks or 100 revolutions jump rope.
