20/10 x 6 rounds at each station

Take 1:30 rest between each round

  • Rower
  • squat thrusts
  • Bike
  • Battling ropes
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • Bear crawls or mountain climbers  alternated with crab crawls or crab toe touches
