A Conditioning Circuit that will Challenge You!

Tuesday’s cardio focus will include a conditioning circuit that will challenge you both physcally and mentally.

As always, you get what you put in!

We will work for 1 minute and rest for thirty seconds on this conditioning circuit.

Here are the stations…

60/30 x 4 rounds

  • Cardio choice (row,bike, ski, versa climb etc..)
  • Step ups or sled push
  • Mountain climb or crawl or plank
  • Swings or any hinge
  • Burpee, squat thrust, slam or farmer carry
