A friendly walk around the perimeter is always nice, just make it a little bit uncomfortable by carrying some things and then doing stuff with them!
This is how we get better!
Stroll the perimeter on Wednesday at The Training Room.
It’s been exactly 4 weeks since we’ve strolled the perimeter with our Training Room freinds.

This can be adjusted to all levels…
If you have never done this one before, you are in for a treat!
We will walk around the building and stop at various locations while carrying 1 or 2 kettlebells or dumbbells
Do this for 30 minutes….
- Overhead walks carry right arm
- 10 cleans 5/5 or deadlift
- Overhead walk carry left arm
- 10 presses
- rack walk carry
- 10 squats
- rack walk carry
- 10 push-ups
- Farmers walk carry
- 10 rows
- Farmers walk carry
- 10 ab choice
