I was workin at scholl yesterday and needed to get my workout in.  So, after the baseball game, a grabbed a kettlebell and went down to the football field.

Here’s what I did:

Decending ladder from 20 down to 2 by 2’s of:
  • kettlebell swings
  • push ups 
  • kettlebell high pulls 
  • run up and back the field (220 yds)  

I ran into one of my fromer athletes who was doing some training himself and gave him a little intro class.
