A New 8 Week Block of Training

This new 8 week block of training will begiin with a superset strength session.

Happy JULY!

Due to the holiday, there will be a few adjustments fo the schedule this week.

  • Monday: Normal schedule
  • Tuesday: Normal schedule
  • Wednesday: NO EVENING classes
  • Thursday (July 4): 8:30 class ONLY
  • Friday: 7 and and 9 an ONLY!

30/30 x 10 sets of each push and pull superset.

Superset 1

  • Push-ups (let’s try some different variations of these)
  • Ring row or pull-ups or kettlebell row variations.

Superset 2

  • Swings, cleans, snatches or deadlift choice
  • Squats or split squats

Superset 3 (finish)

40/20 x 10 sets

  • Abs
  • cardio choice
