A New Training Block Starting with Strength

Monday at The Training Room kicks off with a new 8 week training block starting with a full body strength circuit.

Full Body Strength Circuit

40/30 x 5 rounds of the following…

  • Upper pull
  • Lower hinge or squat
  • Ab choice
  • Chest press
  • Light cardio

Here are examples of some of the push and pull movements…

We will finish the session with this…

40/20 x 1

  • Band tricep extension
  • Swing or drop squat
  • Abs
  • Bicep curl
  • cardio choice
