Wednesday is strength day.

Here’s what we’ve got for you,..

60/30 x 4 rounds of this stationary kettlebell strength circuit

  • Alternate leg reverse lunge or split squat L/R
  • 1 arm rows L/R
  • Single leg deadlift L/R
  • 1 arm press L/R
  • Walkouts, get ups, windmills (or anything related)

Finisher: 60/15 x 4

  • Cardio choice
  • Rack hold or Plank
