Wednesday is strength day.
Here’s what we’ve got for you,..
60/30 x 4 rounds of this stationary kettlebell strength circuit
- Alternate leg reverse lunge or split squat L/R
- 1 arm rows L/R
- Single leg deadlift L/R
- 1 arm press L/R
- Walkouts, get ups, windmills (or anything related)
Finisher: 60/15 x 4
- Cardio choice
- Rack hold or Plank
