Increase your weight with each round.
work/work/rest intervals for each round look like this:
- round 1: 30/30/30
- round 2: 25/25/25
- round 2: 20/20/20
- round 3: 15/15/15
Movements
- 1 arm ring rows
- Split squats
- Walkouts
- kettlebell snatches
- kettlebell push press
Perform the given interval on each side with no rest.
Rest for the alotted amount of time, then move on to the next movement.
Increase your weight with each round as the intervals decrease.
