We’ve got a new batch of training sessions for you!
We will start things off with a double strength hybrid circuit
30/20×4 rounds
Double circuit
Circuit 1
- ring rows or pull-ups
- squat choice
- plank choice
- Jump rope related activities, jumping jack related things or some type of stepups
Circuit 2.
- kettlebells swings or high pulls
- push-up choice
- twist choice, mace swings or rotational slams
- cardio choice
