We will be giving the legs a little break and focusing on the upper body with, of course, some abs and conditioning at the end!
Plus, a new ab move to try out if you wish!

30 sec. work/ 30 sec. Rest x 5 Rounds each Couplet
Couple #1
- Pull- Ups, Ring Rows
- L-Sits (use benches, kettlebells, parallel bars or try seated straight leg raises)
Couple #2
- Chest Press (Bench or Floor)
- Anti-Rotation, Side Planks, Zercher Sit Up variation

- 30 Seconds ALL OUT SPRINT/ 30 Seconds Complete REST
The GOAL is to get as many calories as you can for the entire set! Write your numbers down so you can improve next time!
