Here’s another gem when you’re pressed for time.

Kettlebell combinations give you great bang for your buck, and really jack up the heart rate.

Here’s what I did today:

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes

  • Double kettlebell snatch to jerk combination 5 reps
  • Weighted pull ups 5

I got 8 rounds total for 40 total reps of each movement

Here is the final round of this workout done with 2 24kg bells.  The pull ups were done with 16kgs
